I've still got some belly to get rid of, and my gym membership runs out at the end of August. With coaching this fall, I won't really have time to get to the gym. So, for the next couple of months, I'm going to try to push myself with some other challenges


I did my initial test this morning, and did 33. I thought I would be a little better than that, but it's something.
and the other one is becoming a 30 minute runner, and after that a one hour runner. This one will be a lot tougher than the one above.
I'll try to do my best to keep up to date on my progress.
Hopefully in November, I'll be able to get back into a gym, and hit the weights hard again.
Anybody else have any fitness challenges that you have tried?
